About the Conference:                                                     
Women don multiple hats at home and are increasingly proving their mettle in today’s corporate environment as well.

NHRD salutes the dynamism, energy and spirit of this unstoppable woman of today through its first ever Women’s Conference with the intention of making it a biennial event. 
 

Objectives and Takeaways:
The theme for the inaugural year conference “Nurturing Women Leader: Myths and Realities”, is intended at helping organizations tap this vast talent pool by:

- Sensitizing and addressing the issues and challenges faced by working women
- Stimulating thoughts around creating an enabling work environment for women associates
- Managing gender diversity and encouraging women leadership in the organizations
- Sharing some of the best practices from different organizations
