The August Special Event of the Delhi & NCR Chapter of NHRD-N, titled “Retaining Talent: Engagement Practices”, is the third event in the series on “Talent Management” with a focus on the scope of engagement practices and how they relate in gauging, developing and retaining potential talent in an organization.
