Mr. K K Sinha one of the distinguished speakers of the NHRDN Delhi Chapter Special Event on HR Compass : The Evolving HR Competencies started with the complimentary note for remembering Late Mr. Jagdeep Khandpur, and shared his thought about the business realities and the new business environment and the new HR Challenges. He stressed that the HR professional need to be re-invented and that the challenge in front of the HR professionals is to rise to the expectations of the enterprises which can be accomplished by assessing their strength. He also stated that the HR is in transition phase from Industrial Enterprise to the Knowledge Based Enterprise with respect to the structure, culture, activities and HR skills. He also shared the competency model and the Critical HR Competencies. Finally he suggested and urged the organizations and academicians to take initiatives towards HR Compass.
