Delhi & NCR Chapter of National HRD Network cordially invites you to its July 2012 Special Event titled "The Power of Followership".
Followership contributes massively to the success of all organisations but our almost hard-wired obsession with "hero leaders" keeps us from considering the nature and importance of great followers. Leadership is crucially important, but perhaps in searching so zealously for great leaders we have lost sight of the fact that not everyone can be - or wants to be - a "great leader" but we ALL have the opportunity to be great followers. Great followers have the ability to transform a business but the skills required to do this are often ignored.
So, what are these skills and how can HR professionals help to promote and unleash the huge untapped power of followership to raise the performance bar in their organisations? Be a part of an interactive, thought-provoking session and be prepared to look into the mirror and ask yourself this question: "Have I got what it takes to be a great follower?"
Given this background, we are pleased to present two eminent speakers who will share their experience on the followership.
