NOTICE is hereby given that the ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of the members of National HRD Network - Delhi and NCR Chapter will be held on Wednesday, April 25, 2012 at 07:00 P.M. at the PHD Chambers Of Commerce & Industry, PHD House, 4/2 Siri Fort Institutional Area, August Kranti Marg, New Delhi to transact the following business:
- To discuss the Annual Report for the financial year 2011-12.
- To receive, consider and approve the Audited Accounts together with the Auditors' Report for the financial year 2011-12.
- To appoint the Auditors for the financial year 2012-2013.
- To fix the remuneration of the Auditors for the financial year 2012-13.
- To announce the name of the new President of National HRD Network - Delhi & NCR Chapter.
For the convenience of the members, the Annual Report will be uploaded on the Chapter's website www.hrdnetworkdelhi.com shortly. Members may have access to the Annual Report and relevant items to read and share their views.
We look forward to your participation in the Annual General Meeting on 25th.
