The August special event will be the third consecutive event on the theme Talent Management.

The theme of the Special Event is specially designed to focus on Engagement Practices as a tool for Talent Retention Strategy. The panel discussion will look at benefits, challenges and systems of engagement practices apart from innovative practices adopted in organizations. The discussion shall provide a leadership perspective on creating forward looking approach and ownership by retaining & developing talent in any organization.

The discussion would also share thoughts on direct correlation between high levels of employee engagement  and strong individual, group and corporate performance in terms of turnover, delivery, productivity, customer service and loyalty.
