YMC is a biennial conference that has become one of the flagship offerings of the Delhi Chapter. This is one of the most prestigious event hosted by Delhi Chapter.
Conference Highlights and Objectives:
This year the topic is Globalization: Creating a Boundaryless HR which reflects the current economic and business scenario that is changing rapidly and India has come on the fore front of this entire economic revolution as being one of the few coutnries worldwide to still grow at over 5% GDP.
We as HR professionals are witnessing some very exciting trends and to cope up with these new business dynamics, we really need to gear ourselves in some very smart ways.
