The event began with the Secretary, Mr. Anubhab Goel, requesting the audience to repeat the HRD Code of Conduct after him.
The Panel Members were:

The topic of discussion was “High Performance Leadership” where the panel members described various models that are implemented successfully in their organization.
The discussion started with Mr. Siddiqui telling that how the environment is changing from a stable nature to that which dynamic, competitive and complex. With this changing scenario, the contribution of leadership has increased. The discussion revolved around CHPD’s integrated leadership technology. Dr.Tony was available through video conference from UK & elaborated on the concept by focussing on the strategy of developing leaders and how the CHPD leadership diagnostics work.
Mr.Vineet Kaul explained many high performance leadership models. Various aspects of high performance behaviour were also discussed like thinking, developmental, inspirational, and achieving.
Mr. Arun Sehgal followed the discussion by adding his point of view. He quoted the examples of GSK and how there was a shift in the development plan to incorporate the high performance behaviour, which led to the successful integration of HR processes.
The topic was further explored with the help of examples of the key initiatives being taken at Max New York Life Insurance by Mr.Rajan Kalia.
Audience questions were also addressed in a very systematic manner. Every audience member was provided with a slip to write their question for a specific panel member, which were then passed onto them for their response
Mr.S.Y.Siddiqui then thanked the panel members for their participation and Prof.Ahmed presented mementoes of the event to panel members. Finally, Mr. Anil Gaur concluded the event by presenting a Vote of Thanks.
