 Aquil Busrai, an MBA in HR from XLRI, has worked in various HR roles, both operational and strategic, with Unilever in India and Kenya; with Motorola in Asia Pacific and with Shell in Malaysia. Aquil is currently Director HR at IBM India. Dedicated to the concept of HR professionals being true partner with business leaders, he has played active role in setting up and growing business. He was formerly a Chairman of Standing Conference of Public Enterprises (SCOPE). He was formerly Chairman of REC, Assam Gas Company and other joint sector companies in Andhra Pradesh. Presently, Mr. Gopalakrishna is Director in charge of Andhra Pradesh Gas Power Corporation Limited. Mr. Gopalakrishna has joined the company on July 18, 2007. His area of specialization and expertise include Industrial Development, Corporate and organizational development, HR and macro policy formulation.

Satyanarayana K
Executive Director
 Mr. K Satyanarayana is born in the year 1939 in an agricultural family of Coastal Andhra Pradesh. He started supporting his family even while studying in school helping his parents through field and farm work. His entry into Bharat Scouts and Guides in early childhood, the guidance he received from his teachers who were role models and his reading The Story of My Experiments With Truth by M K Gandhi at an young age have all created a very strong impact on his future journey in life.
He joined the Indian Air Force at 19 immediately after his Secondary School Leaving Certificate Examination and supported his family for the next 16 years till all his younger brothers and sisters are married. Contrary to the established adage that "Vivahe Vidya Nasaya", Mr. Satyanarayana did all his higher education privately after his marriage and after his children are born.
He received a commendation on the Republic Day of 1972 for his dedicated and selfless service during the Indo-Pak War of 1971. He established Majumdar Air Rover Crews in the Air Force Stations and has participated in a number of social service activities as a Rover Scout Leader while in IAF.
He came out of the Air Force in 1974 and had the fortune of working under Dr. P C Alexander for nearly four years from 1974 to 1978 as Secretary, CITD, Hyderabad. Thereafter worked in large public and private sector organisations for the next 20 years and retired from active service in 1997 as Senior General Manager-Personnel from Nizam Sugars, a Govt. of A P Company. Some of the prominent organisation he served include, ECIL Hyderabad, Allwyn Hyderabad, Raasi cement, A P Rayons Thapar group, CMTI Bangalore and Vallabh Glass Gujarat.
He received The Best Personnel Manger Award from Hyderabad Management Association in the year 1997 and a Special Award from National HRD Network in the year 1998. He built the Hyderabad Chapter from the inception and made it the best and the second largest Chapter. In addition Hyderabad Chapter has its own premises with a large library of more than 6,500 rarest of the rare collections and more than 60 Lakhs cash. Shri Satyanarayana has been rendering honorary service to National Head Quarters as its Executive Director from December 1999. He publishes two magazines - a quarterly NHRD Journal and a monthly HRD Newsletter on behalf of National HRD Network. He loves to meet people and visits chapters across the length and breadth of the country..
He is a life member of Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Vivekananda Kendra, Kanyakumari, President, Peoples Progress Trust Hyderabad, and president School Committee of Pragati Vidya Niketan, Hyderabad. This school has a unique distinction of achieving class average of more than 80% consistently at 10th Public Exams right from the first batch. He is on the Editorial Board of Business Vision, a quarterly Journal published from Hyderabad. He was the first Chief Operating Officer of Byrraju Foundation and successfully expanded the work to 105 villages in just six months time. He is instrumental in building 1000 houses for the workers of Hyderabad Allwyn. He loves teaching values to children in schools. He is a firm believer of Swami Vivekananda^s concept that a Nation is built in class room. He is a visiting faculty at the Vivekananda Institute of Human Excellence at Hyderabad. Mr. Satyanarayana walked the 75th Year Commemorative Salt March from Sabarmati Ashram to Dandi from 12th March 2005 to 5th April 2005 covering a distance of 388 km as the first registered delegate of Gandhi Foundation, which organized the replay of this historic event.
Shri Satyanarayana is also a visiting faculty to a number of colleges. He is a happy man and attributes his happiness to his humble parents who taught him the values of simplicity and hard work and to his wife who allows him to do what he loves doing realizing fully well that a man too good for the world is no good for his wife. His two sons, daughter-in-laws and four grand children live in U S A.
