As a part of the regular activities, Delhi & NCR Chapter organizes conferences, training programs, and workshops. The conferences are organized with a view to address the emerging trends and challenges in HR. There have been some high profile events that have been organized in the past keeping in view the needs of the industry. Through these conferences it has been our consistent effort to create learning forums for knowledge sharing and dissemination.

We have organized some star events like HR Carnival, Young Managers Conference, Conference on Spiritual Quotient, National Conferences, People Issues in IT- Telecom Industry, Conference on e- learning, Program on Mentoring, Workshop on HRD Scorecard, Program on Creating Value Through Competencies, Workshop on Work Life Balance, Workshop on Effective Fund Raising of Beyond Business an initiative of Delhi & NCR Chapter and so on.

One of the most regular interactive forums of NHRDN - Delhi & NCR Chapter, The Special Events, are generally held once in month at India Habitat Centre / PHD Chambers of Commerce & Industry. Eminent Speakers from the Industry, Academics, and Consultancy are invited to present and discuss the key and upcoming HR related issues.
